Mares Rapida
A scientific approach to developing new products is a tradition of long standing at Mares, and this new fin has been designed using state-of-the-art computer technology.
In particular, the angle of the blade with respect to the foot pocket, the thickened sections and the ribs were all optimized using a computer, in order to make the best use of the material's characteristics and minimize fin weight.
Another result of the ongoing materials research carried out by our technicians is the development of Enerflex, an innovative technopolymer which offers a combination of incredibly light weight and optimal flexibility, giving the fin an elastic return that was impossible to achieve with the materials previously used in this field.
The foot pocket represents the latest evolution of the Mares fit, universally appreciated by divers for the comfort, performance and excellent protection it affords.
The center stabilizer and the two outflow channel guides guarantee maximum stability during finning, and eliminate any ankle-torsion phenomena.
